Our Canadian pharmacy
will not handle any habit
forming or narcotic pharmaceuticals,
also known as scheduled
drugs or controlled substances
in some countries. We
specialize in chronic
care medicines that many
people must take to sustain
or improve their life.
You can order up to a
three-month supply of
your medication if that
is what has been prescribed
for you.
Our Canadian pharmacy
will not ship any pharmaceutical
product to you that does
not have an approved version

of Law |

any conflict of
laws, provisions
or your domicile,
residence or physical

hereby consent

jurisdiction of
the courts of Canada in any action
or proceeding
instituted under
or related to
this Agreement. |

You agree not
to impersonate
another person
in your use of

sending of any
e-mail to an address
listed on the

General
Terms |

(a)
This Agreement,
including any
changes made to
this Agreement
from time to time,
constitutes the
entire agreement
between you and
CanadianDrugOutletStore.com
relating to your
use of the Site,
and supersedes
all previous agreements,
written, oral
or otherwise,
between you and
CanadianDrugOutletStore.com
with respect to
your use of the

If any provision
of this Agreement
is found to be
unlawful, void,

unenforceable,
then that provision

to be severed
from the rest
of this Agreement

Agreement and

obligations under
this Agreement

No consent or
waiver by either
party to or of
any breach or
default by the
other party in
its performance
of its obligations
under this Agreement
will be deemed
or construed to
be a consent to
or waiver of a
continuing breach
or default or
any other breach
or default of
those or any other
obligations of
that party. No
consent or waiver
will be effective
unless in writing
and signed by
both parties. |

(e)
All Sections of
this Agreement
survive indefinitely
after the termination
of this Agreement. |

Your
initial order for each
prescription will be delivered
between 14 and 21 days
in most cases. All refills
should be delivered in
approximately 10 days.
The Shipping cost is $12.95
per package, not per
drug!
For example,
to send one prescription
the cost is $12.95, however,
if you were to order a
second prescription, there
would be no additional
charge, as long as they
can be shipped in the
same package.
Our
Canadian pharmacy will
accept full responsibility
under this shipping method
for any loss or damage,
unless clearly not their
fault (i.e. if we were
given a wrong address).
Note: If not specifically
indicated to the contrary
all prescriptions will
be shipped by this method.
